Wellspring Women’s Retreats

Self-Exploration and Self-Compassion
through Yoga and Fairy Tales

Next Retreat – October 13 -16, 2022 in Everett, Pennsylvania

Wellspring Women’s Retreat is your chance to dive deep into an experience of self-exploration and self-acceptance. Together, we use fairy tales to take a deep dive into issues that affect us, such as desire, authority, and creativity. Massage and daily yoga are also offered.

We’ll spend three days together in the beautiful mountains of Pennsylvania just as the fall foliage will be nearing its peak glory. We’ll enjoy heart-opening yoga taught by Jodi Mahony two times daily, with the opportunity for hikes, open yoga, and other outdoor activities. Author, Jungian analyst, and podcaster Lisa Marchiano will lead two daily sessions on an adventure into the inner landscape. We’ll use ancient stories to explore universal themes that affect women’s lives and development such as knowing our shadow, claiming our authority, and renewing our connection with our heart’s desire.

In addition, each participant will have the option to sign up for a half-hour massage with Jodi and a half-hour one-on-one time with Lisa that will take place via zoom in advance of the event. A few weeks after the retreat, Jodi and Lisa will host a 90-minute zoom session where we will meet to integrate the experience.

We’ll share delicious, healthy meals with complimentary beer and wine, and we’ll spend the evenings together around a fire, sharing wine, stories, and songs. You’ll emerge from the weekend feeling renewed and having deepened your connection with the sacred wisdom within.
